Our Story

Deb and Marc, owners Eat My Granola and Master Repurposers in Knoxville.
The basic concept for Eat My Granola began back in 2007 when we, Debbie, a classically trained chef, and Marc, an Interior Design professional and Stained Glass artist, opened our Bed and Breakfast in New York’s Finger Lakes region.  We wanted to create a healthy and delicious starter course to serve to our guests, and our granola became well known, and a versatile staple in the breakfasts we served every day for 13 years. Flash forward to January 2020 and the sale of our B&B, which prompted our move to Knoxville to invent the next chapter in our lives.

Eat My Granola was created in 2021 to formalize our desire to produce the highest quality and most delicious organic granola possible from here in Knoxville, TN.  In order to aid those, (ourselves included), with specific dietary requirements, our entire product line focuses on All Natural, Gluten Free and Dairy Free ingredients with no added sugar or preservatives.  We currently produce eight flavors of granola all of which feature whole food ingredients.  Within our offering you will find granola options for Vegan, Grain-free, Keto, and Nut and Seed-free.

We produce these healthy granola options for our customers that require certain dietary restrictions in order to provide an alternative to most store bought granola that is loaded with sugars, preservatives, and processed oils.  We are proud to utilize only organic ingredients, whole foods, and natural sweeteners like maple syrup, raw honey, and coconut nectar.  Our granola  offers great taste, while allowing you to stick to your dietary routine that keeps you feeling great!  In fact, you will enjoy our delicious blends even if you don’t have any specific dietary challenges

Because we produce our granola in small batches, we can also create custom blends for those with very specific dietary requirements. We’re excited for you to try the best tasting granola anywhere!

When we aren't baking, we are also creating! Check out our sustainable, recycled art over at Master Repurposers.
